What lovely photos as ever. The lake is very tranquil. I was wondering if that wonderful blue building is a barn or a dwelling? Yes I see what you mean about the egss, they don't look real, but rather like suger coated ones.
The little blue building is an outbuilding of some sort - workshop or shed. Thought it was colorful and liked all the horseshoes around the door (nailed with the opening on the top to keep the good luck in!). I must admit I "played" with the egg photo and enhanced it a bit. They're not quite that colorful!
